As a follow up to our wonderful feature in Stationery Trends Magazine, we recently worked with Sarah Schwartz and Mohawk to bring this small peek into our story and shared what we've been up to.
Thank you for the kind words and wonderful feature, Mohawk and Sarah! Always appreciate an opportunity to be in the spotlight.
We're happy to announce that you can now find a limited selection of our cards at Postable.com! They even offer different hand-written (or not) font options on the inside. It's great for if you want to make your life easier by organizing and scheduling cards to people ahead of their birthday/anniversary/etc, if you need send some while you're on vacation, or just because!
It's fun, take a look for yourself!
If you haven’t already noticed the flurry of car illustrations peppering our social media posts, we want to formally introduce you to our friend’s beautiful work.
Our longtime friend, Santino Lascano generously agreed to our request of creating a series of vintage-inspired classic cars, and his take was to choose all convertibles. When I met him back in 2001 he was driving his own convertible so it was no surprise to me at all :)
Santino is a talented illustrator who has worked many years in animation. His work includes several years at Cartoon Network’s Adventure Time, How To Train Your Dragon on Netflix, and now he is back at CN working on the Powerpuff Girls reboot (which we're so excited to see). We feel very fortunate that he agreed to illustrate these works just for us!
The set is a gorgeous take on vintage classic cars. Scroll down to see the whole series for yourself. Each illustration was inspired by a classic of his choice and is now being offered as an art print, a blank notecard, and will likely be expanded to more products in the future.
Astrid is inspired by a vintage Mercedes Benz
Cheri is inspired by a vintage BMW
Megan is a vintage-inspired Ford T-bird
Lucy is a vintage-inspired rag top Mini Cooper
Prudence is a retro Porsche Spyder
Bettina is a vintage-inspired Caddy
To celebrate the launch of our collaboration, we are giving away three print + card combos of each entrants’ choice. That is, each entrant will choose their favorite set if they are selected as a winner. The directions to enter are easy:
The winner will be selected randomly. See our Instagram and enter. We encourage everyone to enter; we're trying to get the word out on these beauties!
Finally, if you just can't wait to win your own set, go here to see everything that we're offering from his work.

We are thrilled to share some very exciting news with you.
Stationery Trends Magazine, the leading publication in the stationery industry, has named Scotch & Cream's Robin Soltis as one of the 10 designers to watch in 2016!
While we've been working for some time with the lovely Sarah Schwartz from Stationery Trends and The Paper Chronicles to get this feature going, it was a big surprise to be selected for this great honor. Not only that, but we've been featured alongside an amazing pool of tremendous talent:
We are especially grateful to have been selected for this feature since our debut as Scotch & Cream originated just one short year ago in January 2015. Congrats to all of our fellow featured artists and a HUGE thanks to Sarah and Stationery Trends! We can’t wait to reveal what’s in store for 2016!
